By creating an account or using the Publication Lab platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Publication Lab Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Use of the Service

The platform provides AI-assisted tools for academic writing and manuscript preparation. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submission or publication. You must not misrepresent AI-assisted work as solely your own in any submission, publication, or academic context where such disclosure is required.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You may not share your account or use the service for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

Token Packages

Usage limits apply according to your selected token package. Misuse, abuse, or attempts to circumvent usage limits may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your materials solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

Privacy & Data

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDEA-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
